Privacy Policy

FlowPro Siphons is a small business in Buford, Georgia. We collect only what we need to sell you a siphon, get it to your door, and support it afterwards.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (carriers require one for delivery), and what you bought.
- When you contact us: your name, email address, and message.
- When you register a warranty: your name, email address, which siphon you have, and where you bought it.
- When you join our email list: your email address.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — we see only the last four digits and whether the payment went through.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe — to process your payment and calculate sales tax.
- Shipping carriers and Shippo — your name, address, and phone number, to print a label and deliver your order.
- Amazon — some orders ship from Amazon's fulfillment centers. For those, Amazon receives your name, address, and the items ordered, and ships the package in plain packaging.
- Resend — to send order, shipping, and refund emails.
- Our hosting and database providers — which store your order so we can ship it and support it.
We email you about your order: a confirmation, tracking when it ships, and a notice if it's refunded. We send occasional tips and deals only if you join our list in the site footer or register a warranty (the registration form says so). Reply to any of those emails to unsubscribe.
Cookies & tracking
The site stores your cart in your browser so it survives a page reload. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Your rights
Want a copy of what we have, a correction, or everything deleted? Email sales@flowprosiphon.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. We keep order records as long as tax law requires.
