Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every FlowPro siphon is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. If your siphon fails under normal use — the check valve stops sealing, the nozzle cracks, the hose splits — we'll replace it.

What's covered

Defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, including the copper nozzle, glass ball check valve, and hose, when used with gasoline, diesel, light oils, water, and non-corrosive chemicals.

What's not covered

Damage from misuse — corrosive chemicals, liquids above 100°F, crushing, cutting, or use as a tow rope (yes, it's been tried). Normal cosmetic wear and discoloration are not failures.

Register your siphon

Registration takes 30 seconds and means no digging for receipts if you ever need us — it works for Amazon purchases too. Register your warranty.

How to make a claim

Email us through the contact page with your order number (or a photo of your FlowPro) and a quick description of what happened. We'll take care of you — usually with a replacement on the way within a couple of business days.
